GHP Relationship to Other Standards

GHP Good Hygiene Practices are a complementary standard to GMP Good Manufacturing Practices. Catering also complements the GCP Good Catering Practices standard for restaurants and cafes. It is recognized as a prerequisite of the HACCP Food Safety Management System, known as GHP Good Hygiene Practices, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
